This is a new hotel and garden near Bruton and Castle Cary – https://thenewtinsomerset.com/. We visited the gardens shortly after they were open in July, and again in December, when we had lunch in the cafe.

So which was better? Well it had to be summer. The gardens were spectacular, with so much colour. But winter was very good too, and lunch in the cafe was superb!
